We ask that all new patients bring in:
A list of your current medications and medical history
Any relevant diagnostic images including: x rays, ultrasounds and MRI
Any referrals (EPC or DVA)
For appointments regarding biomechanical issues, please bring in your most worn shoes (3 or 4 pairs)
* Also please wear comfortable pants to your appointment so our podiatrist can test and observe your leg movements accurately.

At this stage, we are only taking appointments.
If you need an appointment urgently, please call us on 02 4707 6558 and we can put you on our waitlist/ cancellations list to see Phillip Smith or Edward Paluzzano as soon as an appointment becomes available.

Yes, we accept Private Health insurance.
Simply bring in your Health Fund card and swipe it at the end of your consultation. The gap fee will depend on your level of cover.

In order to receive a Medicare rebate for your appointment, you must obtain an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) from your GP. If eligible, an EPC allows you up to 5 visits to be used between Allied Health Practitioners during the calendar year. Simply bring in a copy of your EPC and hand it in to reception before your appointment. Alternatively, email or fax it to us prior to your appointment.
Following your appointment, you will need to pay the normal fee for the consultation and the claim will be sent straight through to Medicare on your behalf. The rebate will usually takes a few days after your appointment to show up in your nominated bank account.
* Please be aware that Medicare rebates and Private Health Insurance benefits cannot both be claimed. Patients should be advised that they must choose whether to access one or the other.
