Dry Needling

Dry Needling is an effective form of treatment for musculoskeletal conditions that release underlying muscle tightness.

It can be used alongside other treatments for common conditions such as Plantar Fasciitis, Shin Splints, Achilles tendinopathy, and ITB syndrome

Dry Needling can help improve recovery timeframes and complement other therapies like Shockwave Therapy and Prolotherapy.

What happens during a Dry Needling treatment session?

During the session, you will feel the dry needling enter at the site of your body being treated and may even feel some tingling. Sometimes muscles will twitch during the treatment too.

After your Dry Needling treatment, you might experience some soreness that some people report feels like the days following intense gym work. Typically soreness lasts up to 24hrs.
